The notarization process involves identity and personal screening, the authentication and legalization of documents, and the rendering of documents legal and trustworthy.

Authentication is the process through which something is verified genuine and authentic. In national and international settings, and in national and foreign cases, authenticity of documents is necessary. This process of authentication would be tedious and time consuming if conducted at each and every mentionable case. Authentication is customarily conducted through the verification of information and/or documents, a notary signature and a seal. Authenticating a document in this manner renders it genuine, legal and valid for authorities or parties in question within their respective context.
